VAIDA MIKELENAITE

Vaida Mikelenaite is a mix-media artist who is passionate about creating art through makeup and other mediums. Born and raised in Lithuania, Vilnius. Vaida knew she would follow a path of the arts at a very young age, when she got her hands on makeup brushes and started painting on her skin, she knew that was her calling.

After relocating to Los Angeles, California, Vaida attended Cinema Makeup School which prepared her with beauty and special effects makeup artistry skills. Immediately after graduating she started working on film sets, photoshoots, conventions and special effects film labs.

Her expertise ranges from beauty and fashion makeup to prosthetic and body painting. She is also an experienced painter, fabricator, costumer, mold maker and caster. She strives to bring her clients' visions to life with unique and creative projects that make them stand out.
